SCRAP GRINDER (GRANULATOR) 20” (500mm) WITH SICSSOR CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

SCRAP GRINDER: Plastic Scrap grinder is suitable for grinding plastic scrap. The unit is fabricated out of MS plate and is mounted on a stand fabricated out of channel. It features 4 (four) stationary and 8 (eight) rotating blades made out of D2, vacuum hardened, and ground. The stationary blades can be adjusted to the required tolerance. The cutting chamber and bottom screen are made of mild steel, with equally spaced holes (12mm or any size as per customer requirement) to ensure uniform shreds. The rotor shaft carries a heavy flywheel for stable operation. The unit is powered by a constant speed AC Motor, and a suitable control panel will be provided.
