SCRAP GRINDER (GRANULATOR) 30” (750mm) WITH SICSSOR CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

SCRAP GRINDER: Plastic Scrap grinder is suitable for grinding plastic scrap. The unit is fabricated out of MS plate and is mounted on a stand fabricated out of channel. The unit has 6 (six) stationary and 12 (twelve) rotating blades (made out of D2 hardened and ground). The stationary blades can be adjusted to a required tolerance. The cutting chamber is of mild steel, and the bottom screen is also of mild steel with equally spaced holes (12mm or any size as per customer requirement) to give uniform shreds. The rotor shaft carries a heavy flywheel. The unit is driven by a constant speed AC Motor, and a suitable control panel will be provided.
