SINGLE SHAFT SHREDDER EXT 800 MH SOLID ROTOR (WITH MOVABLE HOPPER)

OPERATION

👉 Single shaft shredder operates on heterogeneous medium hard material by impact, cut, and brake process.

👉 The shredding process works on a rotor-stator device. Material is fed into the hopper, from where it drops into the shredding chamber.

👉 Following machine start, the material is pushed forward by a movable hopper controlled by a hydraulic pusher, which presses it against the rotor.

👉 This configuration allows the shredder to handle even large pieces, which remain in the shredding compartment until they are reduced to the right size to pass through the screen.

👉 The rotor shaft is driven by an electric motor connected to a gear box. The bottom part of the shredder is enclosed with a screen grid. Shredded material dimensions can be pre-selected by assembling the appropriate screen.

👉 Single shaft shredder is suitable for reducing the size of a wide range of plastic materials like purging/lump, profiles, heavy wall thickness pipes, and plastic molding.
