OPERATION

👉 Compact Single shaft shredder operates on heterogeneous medium hard material by impact, cut and brake process.

👉 The shredding process works on a rotor-stator device. Materials are fed in through the hopper, from where they drop into the shredding chamber.

👉 Following machine start, the material is advanced by a plate moved by a hydraulic pusher, which pushes it against the rotor.

👉 This configuration allows the machine to shred even large pieces, which remain in the shredding compartment until they reach the desired dimensions to pass through the screen.

👉 The rotor shaft is driven by an electric motor connected to a gear box. The bottom part of the shredder is closed off by a screen grid. Shredded material size can be pre-selected based on the assembled screen.

👉 The Compact Single Shaft Shredder is suitable for reducing the size of a wide range of plastic materials like purging/lumps, profiles, cut pieces of pipes, plastic moldings, and more.
