SINGLE SHAFT SHREDDER EXT 700 MH SOLID ROTOR HEAVY DUTY (WITH MOVABLE HOPPER)

The single shaft shredder operates on heterogeneous, medium-hard materials using impact, cutting, and breaking processes. The shredding mechanism is based on a rotor-stator system, where materials are fed into the hopper and dropped into the shredding chamber. Once the machine starts, a hydraulic pusher moves the material forward, pressing it against the rotor for efficient shredding. This configuration allows even large pieces to be processed, as they remain in the shredding compartment until they reach the desired size to pass through the screen grid. The rotor shaft is powered by an electric motor connected to a gearbox, ensuring smooth and consistent operation. The shredded material size can be pre-determined by selecting the appropriate screen.

The single shaft shredder is ideal for reducing the size of various plastic materials, including purgings, lumps, profiles, heavy-wall pipes, and plastic moldings.
