All flow surfaces that come into contact with the polymer are meticulously polished to a high-grade finish and hard chrome plated, enhancing performance and longevity. Additionally, the exterior surfaces undergo flash chroming to provide a sleek and corrosion-resistant finish.

The die features a flexible upper lip and an adjustable lower lip, allowing precise control over polymer flow. The lip opening ranges from a minimum of 0.3mm to a maximum of 5mm, ensuring adaptability to various applications. Hand adjustments are facilitated by push screws (M12 x 80) acting on the flexible lip, allowing fine-tuned modifications with ease.
