SINGLE SHAFT SHREDDER EXT 600 MH SOLID ROTOR (WITH MOVABLE HOPPER)

The single shaft shredder operates on heterogeneous medium-hard material using impact, cutting, and breaking processes. The shredding process is based on a rotor-stator mechanism where materials are fed into the hopper and dropped into the shredding chamber. A movable hydraulic pusher advances the material against the rotor, enabling efficient shredding. Large pieces remain in the shredding compartment until they reach the desired size and pass through the screen grid at the bottom. The rotor shaft is powered by an electric motor connected to a gearbox, ensuring smooth operation. The shredded material size can be adjusted by changing the screen assembly, making it suitable for various applications, including plastic purgings, profiles, heavy wall thickness pipes, and molding waste.

The machine is designed for high-performance size reduction, offering a reliable and customizable solution for different plastic materials. The combination of a robust drive mechanism, hydraulic pusher, and adjustable screen configuration makes it highly effective in waste management and recycling applications.

NOTE:

This model supports processing of pipes up to DIA 500mm x 2-3 meters in height, which must be placed vertically for efficient shredding.
